Intro

Between leftover holiday food, half-working brains, and pretending we know what day it is, this is the week where good stuff quietly sneaks through. No hype today. Just a handful of routes that are priced lower than they should be for spring and early summer travel.

If something fits your schedule, grab it. If not, file it away mentally for when you need an excuse to leave town.

✈️ Paris, France

Paris is showing two genuinely solid options right now, depending on whether you care more about convenience or absolute lowest price.

Option 1: Nonstop from Dulles (IAD)
United nonstop flights are showing around $559 round trip for early March dates like March 1 to March 9. An 8 hour flight, no connections, and rare at this price.

Option 2: Cheapest route via Iceland
Icelandair from BWI is pricing as low as $435 round trip for late March trips like March 22 to March 29, with one stop and about 11 hours total travel time.

✈️ Istanbul, Turkey

This one stands out.

Turkish Airlines nonstop flights from Dulles are available for about $770 round trip for dates like February 2 to February 10. Ten hours nonstop to Istanbul at this price is uncommon and worth flagging.

✈️ Lima, Peru

South America doesn’t always cooperate on price, but Lima is behaving right now.

Avianca one stop flights from Dulles are showing around $370 round trip for April dates such as April 10 to April 16 or April 17 to April 23. That’s near the bottom of the recent price range for Lima.

Here’s an un-boring way to invest that billionaires have quietly leveraged for decades

If you have enough money that you think about buckets for your capital…

Ever invest in something you know will have low returns—just for the sake of diversifying?

CDs… Bonds… REITs… :(

Sure, these “boring” investments have some merits. But you probably overlooked one historically exclusive asset class:

It’s been famously leveraged by billionaires like Bezos and Gates, but just never been widely accessible until now.

It outpaced the S&P 500 (!) overall WITH low correlation to stocks, 1995 to 2025.*

It’s not private equity or real estate. Surprisingly, it’s postwar and contemporary art.

And since 2019, over 70,000 people have started investing in SHARES of artworks featuring legends like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso through a platform called Masterworks.

  • 23 exits to date

  • $1,245,000,000+ invested

  • Annualized net returns like 17.6%, 17.8%, and 21.5%
